1. Can I decide whether the www subdomain or bare (root) apex domain will be the primary one? - YES.

2. If I kick a user from Discord community - is he also removed from the Skillplate CRM and one active user slot freed up (provided that the user only had access to the Discord community)? - YES. They are counted as an active user only if they have active access to at least 1 product

3. What all features does the Discord bot offer?
* Adds a person to the Discord server and gives them the roles you've chosen
* Removes the roles that it has given when someone looses access to the product with the Discord (They are removed by you, they have canceled their subscription or their subscription has been canceled for X amount of consecutive unsuccessful payments) OR
* Remove the person from the entire Discord server directly (depending on how you've set it up)
* Create a private #skillplate-log channel in your Discord server (visible to admins only) where it posts details on all the adding and removing of roles/people to and from the server with links to their Skillplate user profile

4. Are there any benefits if I use Skillplate with boosted Discord server with Nitro? - NO. THe bot works fine with and without Nitro

5. Can I use custom SMTP server for all outgoing emails with the possibility to include reply-to header? - NO. But we change the reply-to to the contact email you've set up in the settings

6. Is Skillplate more for courses or simple digital downloads such as: AI prompts, code snippets, etc. as well? - You can do courses, communities, bundles, digital downloads as well as sell and distribute basically anything using our Generic product

7. What is the maximum file size for the digital product + limit for all the hosted files? - For the digital downloads I believe it's a maximum of 500mb per file. The actual video storage is around 15GB per file

8. Upon file download - can we redirect user or change message? - NO. But you have complete control of what the email their receive upon successful purchase of any product.
