1 . How are users counted? Can I archive them?
2. What are your privacy settings like? Do you have an DPA, SOC2 certification? Where are data stored?

2. We are compliant for GDPR and so on but not certified. The data is stored with reputable data providers like amazon and google but it is stored globally. All the GDPR things are handled. It works in Europe in every country and you will have no issues. You can also change your policies.
