Q: Why users who only got FREE products counts as Active Users?
As you multiple times mentioned, you care about our growth as a business using Skillplate and you're top priority focus is on implementing new features that help us make more money.
As a biz strategy I offer both PAID and FREE products.
I have 20k Active Users because I attracted them with my free products, only a small % of them actually paid me.
So I risk I need to upgrade to a higher plan just because I attract new Active Users with FREE products.
It seems this policy is not aligned with your stand on caring on our business growth, sorry.
Will you be willing to count Active User only those that actually paid me any amount of money because they actually bought a paid product from me? Not counting users that only got the FREE stuff.
Thanks
