This is a rather old comment. We've investigated the issue you had y'day and this should now be resolved. We will soon publish a new post from us on the product page as we've been refactoring for the last 7 days most of the application.
This will significantly reduce errors, loading and edge cases. The refactor has been completed today. Thank you again for reaching out!
