Slideshop appears to have stolen our $$. They changed over to being Kroma.ai and no-one answers emails and you can't even log in using your old password. They don't send password resets. Lifetime deals shouldn't last less than a year. They should be lifetime (like so many other fab AppSumo partners) and the folks you do deals with AppSumo should be held to that, even if they feel like price gouging or changing their name to get some more $$. Really disappointed
Complete loss of functionality when I need it most
I don't do many presentations, but I bought this for the few times a year when it could really help me. I have an important presentation in two days, and Slideshop is completely not working at the moment. I log in to the site, see the "My Account" section on the menu, which leads me to a couple presentations I downloaded when I first signed up, but I cannot download anything else. I've tried numerous presentations in multiple categories, but all I see is "Join and Download" buttons everywhere. The site acts like it doesn't know me, yet it let me login and I have a "My Account" section.
A complete loss of functionality, the ability to download any presentations, right when I need it most, makes this a complete waste of money.
If you've ever struggled with inspiration or a dearth of creative juices then this is an absolute no-brainer. Some of the 'less than positive' reviews left me somewhat unsure about going ahead, but for $39 I thought it was worth a try.
Bought a couple of hours ago and none of the reported issues in these reviews and queries were in any way apparent .... quite the contrary ... it's working flawlessly.
THIS WILL SAVE ME LITERALLY DOZENS IF NOT HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF WORK AND ASSOCIATED FRUSTRATION.
If you have any need for high quality presentation templates, either now or possibly in the future, then do yourself a favour and get this deal before it goes away. The easiest 5 Tacos ever.

Their customer service needs improvement.

As others have said previously, the selection of templates are vast and of high quality.
The negative:
I have had NO REPLY to the problem i have had applying the two Appsumo codes to my account.
There seems to be no way of verifying if the codes are applied in the My account section?
