Smart Quiz Builder removed my account with no warning or reason given. I emailed them repeatedly and filled out all the support forms I could find, but they never responded. Losing my account was bad enough, but the complete lack of communication made it even worse. I had put so much time and effort into this platform, only for everything to be wiped out without explanation. Save yourself the frustration—this platform is not worth your time.

In my opinion the Smart Quiz Plugin is absolutely the very best quiz builder available, and I've tried most of them. It is intuitive to set up and has a huge range of additional features for marketers and bloggers alike. As well as being able to build the typical quiz types such as Personality, Scoring and Assessments, this quiz plugin allows you to build funnels, surveys, polls, forms and calculators.
Within a few clicks I had built a BMI calculator, lean body calcs and had them up on site for visitors and members to use.
You have total control with styling, can create tags that add additional information to results pages and add redirects to send visitors toi landing pages or any content you wish to promote. They also have the AI function so you can generate your quiz from Open AI.

So far, I am really finding this to be one of the best WordPress quiz builders. I have tried a few others and they just don't compare with the features offered here.
Do you have a roadmap? I would like to request a couple of changes that will save me a lot of time, but also help make this an even better product.

Request #1: QUESTIONS SECTION
Please add an option to have a GOLOBAL SETTING for POINTS PER QUESTION instead of points per answer.
Right now, the only option available is to have a point PER EACH ANSWER IN THE QUESTION, but this becomes very challenging as I don't want to give a point per answer.

----- I would like a variable point per question, say 1 through 10 so each question can have its own point scale. In this case the point per answer line would not be available

Add a GLOBAL SETTING to "show description" or "hide description" for all questions.
After a question import process, I found that the “description” didn't show up, so I had to go to each question and manually select "show description". It took over an hour because the process to save each question was very slow (could be my pc is old).

BUG #1: QUESTIONS SECTION
I have 5 questions on my quiz; however, the results show a score of 2 out of 6. This creates a lot on confusion:
----- the summary page shows all questions in green, meaning I answered them correctly. They show up this way because some of these are multiple choice questions where I have 4 answers and three of them are correct. This means I have to divide 3 answers into 1 point, ending up with .333334 for each correct answer, giving me a total of 1 point. The problem with this is that my summary line shows I failed because, I only scored 2 out of 6.

For single choice questions answered INCORRECTLY, it shows the following:
Question: displays the question
User Answer: displays what the user answered
Correct Answer: displays the correct answer

Points Scored: 0

I picked this up and am very glad that I did! Smooth process to get everything going and Venna is a real gem as well. This has opened me up to some of their other plugins that I plan on implementing soon!

I like the product and more than that - Support who constantly improves and makes the product better and implements new things quick. All those things for me are more important ( 100X more!) than the product itself.

I've already bought a lot of great tools here at APPSUMO over the past few months, but Smart Quiz Builder is definitely one of my top 3 deals.

I am sooo glad I bought multiple tiers and and actually I would give 15 tacos... but since officially only allowed 5 tacos, here is my nomination for the other tacos, so:

Was so excited. Contacted Customer support when I first got this... been waiting for several months now and I noticed that it's still not mobile friendly.

Considering it's 2022, how is this not mobile friendly?

When you first land on the quiz you create, you have to pinch your fingers and zoom in... how is this not a problem for anyone else?

I recently purchased Smart Quiz Builder and am amazed at how simple they have made the training but many templates. I previously purchased a Quiz Builder program costing thousands of dollars who offered really long training programs one time a year (sales time). I was more confused at the end than before the training. SQB's training is Easy Peasy and offered by video. Train at your own pace. I highly recommend it along with their other plugins.

I've needed a quiz builder plugin and Appsumo provided me with this LTD offer. And boy, I am super pumped: it works like a charm, the onboarding is excellent (thanks for the great videos showing step by step tutorials!), the functionality is awesome (all kind of possible question features are incorporated). Now, the plugin has to stand the test of time. Hope I will not be dissapointed. But so far, five taccos for sure...

After upgrading my account from 1 AppSumo code to 3 codes for the unlimited agency license, I received another welcome email from wcp@wickedcoolplugins.com titled "Welcome to Smart Quiz Builder!", where I noticed that the email contains my own personal password.

In light of the recent GoDaddy security breach (https://www.zdnet.com/google-amp/article/over-a-million-godaddy-managed-wordpress-sites-cracked/), I have come to realize that, to be able to send me an email that displays my account password, they have to either store my password in plain text, or store my password in a format could be reversed into plain text.

This is highly insecure and a simple data breach could put the login credentials of their entire customer base at risk.

As we all know, a WordPress website is very fragile. A badly developed plugin can open up security vulnerabilities and even brick an entire WordPress website.

SO answer me this, Veena: why should I trust my precious website with your plugin when you've demonstrated such a blatant disregard to the most basic of security practices?

I cant speak more highly of Veena & her amazing plugin. Smart quiz builder is excellent. I cant wait to launch my business & use her quizzes as such a brilliant tool for lead generation.

Veena clearly has amazing passion for her products & her customer service is second to none. Veena couldn't help enough with a problem I had and really went out of her well to find the solution.

I've been looking all over for something like this for weeks! The ones I found didn't pass the UI test. I'm very particular about UI and UX. I can't believe I found one and it has everything I want. Can't wait to test it out.

Pros:

1. Very intuitive platform! The onboarding and the installation are a piece of cake. It only took me literally 5 minutes to install and start creating my first quiz.

2. The most significant thing we love about the SQB platform is that it supports Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic & Hebrew. Since my company has many clients in the Middle East, SQB has solved one of the biggest headaches. It is now effortless to build our interactive Lead Generation Quizzes & Surveys to help us offer our products and services to our multilingual global client base.

3. Customer service and support are top-notch. Last night, I was able to chat with Veena, the creator of SQB. She addressed all my questions regarding the Right-to-Left (RTL) language support and provided all the resources I needed to learn more about the platform features. If you would like to create Surveys or Quiz funnels to generate leads, segment your audience, and recommend the right products and resources to prospects, please let the SQB platform help you generate more leads and start developing better customer relationships. Please do yourself a favor and don’t let this hidden gem expire before taking advantage of it.

Just tested it and I can easily create a quiz and start collecting fresh new leads. Quiz load speed is fast and changes is instant. I can easily customize and make changes to the templates. It's really simple and fast. The best thing is it's not only limited to wordpress I can embed it in non-wordpress site also.
Next is the report session. This is what I need. To see what each lead submitted and the scoring of each answer.

SQB is awesome! It is revelation and evolution among the other plugins for quizzes and forms - I checked almost all of them.
Looking at the roadmap SQB this is not the maximum we can get, but for here and now it is just brilliant.
SQB has been designed for ease of use, versatility and the best price-quality ratio.

So far I have been impressed. :-) Got in and immediately started using it on a site and creating a range of quizzes, and found it simple and easy enough to get started. I personally find the UI a little clunky at times, but it all works, which is the main thing. Some changes have already been made to it, so I'm sure it will continue to get better.

What I also really like and appreciate is Veena the developer, who has been continuing to improve the plugin, creating more helpful videos, plus lots of activity in the Facebook group. She has also shown that she is willing to help and assist users as needed, which is great.

Looking forward to using this on other sites and seeing the plugin as a whole grow and improve even more over time,

The tool looks super neat; I actually did not buy it the first couple of times that I stumbled over it. And now I wonder why; it is really super useful and easy to set up and currently my thoughts are running wild creating use cases for my business. It's really versatile.

I write this post partially also because the seller gives incentives to do so, and I deduct two tacos because they do not mention that commenters should disclose this.

- Already mature product
- Fast development of new features
- Many great future additions on the roadmap
