Q: I was planning on buying this but i found out it has no documentation / knowledgebase section.
Is this planned?
This is a dealbreaker for me since i would need another tool to create docs then. It says on the page its an alternative to Clickup but it seems not to be very complete...not a real alternative i guess.
Hope you can give me some information about a documentation section so we might reconsider buying your product.

A: Yes you are right SmartTask doesn't have an ability to create native documents. However, you can attach Google Docs or similar document link in any task in a project.
I recommend checking out our "Getting started" project in the sidemenu to see how SmartTask can be utilized as an internal resource storage for the team.
Ability to delete multiple contacts in CRM by selecting option. Right now we can delete only 1 contact at a time. Suppose i have to delete 50 or 150 contact from list of 2000 contacts then its easy to multiple select and then delete all the selected contact rather then deleting one by one.
Can you please add feature by which we can restrict contacts in CRM to admin only or permission based to other team member.
