Exceptional app!
This is a superb time-saving app. Hidden gem in AppSumo.
One glaring issue I've noticed is this -- when switching to another profile, all existing applications should be shut down. (An option could be included in Settings, where user could activate this).
Another issue (not related to the app) is my BitDefender AV blocking something from your website:

Similar setting is already available in SmartWindows. After right clicking the application in the launch tray, please click on settings. Change "How to handle open windows not part of profile" from minimize to close. This will close all open applications that are not part of the profile being restore. Please let me know if it suffices your requirement.
We take extreme care in securing our website and the application. Sometimes the antiviruses show false positives. However, we will look into the particular warning generated by BitDefender and try to get it resolved asap.
