What kind of email do you recommend using for redemption - a branded business email or a free email like Gmail? Does it matter? In the past, I used Outlook to redeem, but it seems my emails were not reaching your support. Also, I used this Outlook email for another lead gen tool, and it counted as one of the user's seats and was used to send emails, which I didn't want.
Please advise.

If yes, we recommend gmail because some branded webmail use greylisting which intentionally delay or reject emails from unknown senders and this makes it difficult for new registrant to receive the verification email.
