Their support is very responsive and upon onboarding they provide a Zoom call option to review any questions you may have about using the software. One thing that I appreciate is their willingness to note down any feature suggestions you may have. They express an active willingness to listen to how you’re using their software and note down ways they can make it even more useful. When it comes to a starting point to generate industry leads the software saves time that you would otherwise spend with manual or boolean online searches. One thing that’s good to know is you’re not using up credits when you bring in leads from software searches. You can filter the lead list and then select the leads you want to save. It’s only leads you choose to save that use credits.

I love using SmartLeads! These are high-quality leads coming in that I can genuinely use to grow my business. I’m still fairly new to the world of cold outreach and lead generation tools, so I was looking for something that wasn’t overly complicated but still had the kind of features more advanced users talk about. SmatLeads has been a really nice balance of both. On the surface it’s easy to understand: you can upload lead lists, build email campaigns, and set up automated follow-ups. But once you start digging in a bit, you realize it has a lot of the technical capabilities people want for deliverability and scaling outreach. I like that it supports multiple inboxes and campaign management without feeling overwhelming. Even for someone who isn’t super technical, the interface makes it pretty straightforward to understand what’s happening in each campaign.

What I especially appreciate is how well it fits into a larger lead-generation workflow. For example, I can find prospects using tools like Apollo or other lead sources, verify emails, and then bring everything into SmatLeads to run outreach campaigns. It helps turn what would normally be a very manual process into something much more automated and organized. As someone who is still learning this space, I found it approachable enough to get started quickly while still having the kind of infrastructure that more advanced users can grow into. Overall it feels like a solid tool for anyone wanting to build a scalable outreach system without needing to be a full-time tech expert.

I’ve been really impressed with SmatLeads so far. It brings together multiple reliable lead sources in one place, and the combination of Google Business and LinkedIn search saves me a huge amount of time. The LinkedIn name extraction, in particular, works better than most tools I’ve tried.
What I appreciate most is how responsive the team is, and how consistently they improve the product based on user feedback. It’s not perfect yet, but the speed and frequency of updates make it clear they’re committed to building something solid.

Real review here as of Feb. 2026. I am using the maps API key addition to Smatleads via Google Cloud to which I don't see any other way for this tool to function. There's no limits on searches but I have had the occasional network error, I can either re-search to correct or there's simply no leads available in that location.

I appreciate how easy it is to both save and generate lists of leads. I have not tested the Bing or Linkedin search functions deeply, only Google maps. For my reports, I don't include things like creation date or whether I've contacted them. Even the score I eliminate. What is generated is a nice PDF that I can pass along for further outreach purposes as I hate .csv files for leads as the quality is diluted because they're hard to review. What I'd love to see is a simple means of running SEO reports on these leads from the lead list or other domain health/stat reports. I don't really want to copy paste URLs and from what I can see that's the only way. Nonetheless, I use other SEO tools so I wouldn't solely rely on one thing for analysis.

Support for Smatleads has been attentive, they respond rapidly and I have the feeling this tool will soon grow out of a lifetime deal. You should move on this to get locked in!
