Q: Why doesn't Bing work?

Bing has been down for weeks.
I've addressed this and I know Smat is aware of the problem and looking into it. But it's been weeks and my refund period is approaching.

Also, not telling us we have to PAY GOOGLE for the GBP search was not right.

The root of the problem stems from recent upgrades Microsoft made to their public Bing API, which temporarily disrupted our integration. The good news is: our team has implemented a fix, and we’re currently in the final stages of testing. You can expect full restoration within this week.

As for Google’s GBP search, we understand how the billing process can seem unclear at first. Just to clarify, Google offers a 90-day free trial, and even after that, you're provided with free monthly credit allocations. Most users never even hit the threshold where actual charges begin — unless, of course, you're making very high-volume requests or sharing your API key across teams.

That said, we offer you full flexibility — if you'd prefer, you can simply choose to use SmatLeads’ API instead, which eliminates the need to manage your own billing or worry about usage caps.
