An addition to the developer's response: I have no reason to lie; I didn't buy this product just to leave a review. Everything I described is a real fact, and the quotes are taken directly from your messages. It’s a shame I can't upload a screenshot of my dashboard here. So, the only conclusion I can draw is that someone here is clearly lying.

I am on the maximum Tier 5 plan, yet I keep receiving emails telling me I need to pay extra to get access to the updated functionality. And we aren't talking about some special features that require additional token expenses. These are just basic updates that were essential for the platform to function properly. It has always been terrible. Do not deal with this company. You are much better off paying monthly—that way, you can be sure the product actually works, you'll get good support, and you won't lose your money.

Smatleads is a helpful tool for anyone who wants to find good B2B leads fast without spending a lot of time on research. It gathers leads from different sources, Google, Bing, and a special business database and shows results in less than a minute. This makes it very efficient for quickly filling a sales pipeline.

The platform is great for agencies and freelancers who need regular leads but don't have time for complicated tools. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, so getting started takes very little effort. It also does basic reporting well with options to export to CSV and PDF. This makes it easy to share or check lead lists.

The tool would be better if it could export in Excel (.xlsx) format, in addition to the current CSV and PDF reports.

Sorry to say it was no help for a business that needed to get in touch with local businesses within a range of 1 km. Also you had to choose a branch, wich would mean increasing searches. Support ment that you only could get 60 businesses each time (Google) so it didnot matter. I guess this product is ment for internet developers that want to work with homesites. Good luck to all oft you, the app may be good for that. Not for me, and I think the wide branched advertising fooled me. But I live in a little countrry in a small village. Hope you can get searches under 5 km and for all branches. I deduckt one taco for misleading marketting, bu t really wish the best for the founders. Good luck in finding the right customers.
