Q: Are credit equal to SMS or I have to have a third party SMS service like Twilio ?

1 credit = 160 characters = 1SMS message.
Credits are required to send and receive messages and make or receive calls. Credits are used to send your message or make calls, while your Simcard or SMS Gateways are used to relay the messages or calls, and deliver the messages or initiate the calls.
You don't need credits for sending Emails.
Once credits are exceeded, you must wait for your credits to be replenished the next month. If you need more credits than the credit limits we have here on Appsumo, then you should purchase our monthly plans, which gives you unlimited credits.
