SMS-iT CRM - Plus Exclusive Reviews

I purchased the Tier 5 license ($629) in May 2025 and activated immediately, but to this day no plan is applied to my account — the dashboard only shows a "Create Your Plan" purchase page. I sent support three different screenshots at their request; all were rejected as the wrong screen. They then asked me to click a "Selected Plan" item that doesn't appear to exist on an account with no plan, and stopped replying entirely on August 23 (two follow-ups unanswered; AppSumo ticket #1297644).

The feature set looks genuinely strong, and I'd be glad to update this review once my license is actually applied. But as it stands, I've paid $629 for an account that shows no plan at all, and the vendor has been silent for over a week.

I had a great deal of patience with the user interface because I felt their no-stack approach is a radically different approach that most CRM would be a fit for my dynamic personalization engine. If you have not been on for a while, you must see the new AI Interface, and the AI Agent Workflow is high value. I am looking forward to their new video marketing product in 2026. I believe video sms is a key differentiation in the b2b/b2c sales process. Their Support is great. I never had an issue connecting with an expert on a live video call. If you get frustrated with the UI, define and attempt to implement your use cases and then get input from support imo. Btw, they use their Connect IT product - always impressed with people who walk the talk. IMO SMS-IT is going to be a game changer/disruptor. I am building my new AI ROI GTM offering around it. GLTA

I found this system to be quite user-unfriendly. The platform feels cluttered with too many features and options, making it difficult to navigate. The automation works for a short time before stopping without any warning or notification. After a year of trying to make it work, I finally gave up. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the money.

Please stop displaying the following advertisement on the homepage:

No matter what method I use, it cannot be closed. This kind of marketing behavior is very unprofessional.

I was struggling with a few things with SMS-IT and I was able to get Support (Mark) to help me resolve everything. I was able to send out a bulk text utilizing AI with my Chat GPT link to spin the texts as not to get my service provider to flag my account. I went from frustration to gratitude. Not often will you get that type of personal support. A+. So many wonderful options with this software. Lots to learn but excited to use this to grow my company. Thanks SMS-It!
