Q: Hi, I upgraded on Appsumo from the Tier 3 to Tier 4 package in order to use the AI features.
But anytime I click on the AI button to use an AI feature, I get a paywall requesting me to upgrade before I can get access. I have no access to any of the Tier 4 features.
1. Why?
2. How can I get customer support to resolve this please?

Jul 23, 2025A: You have to use the AI feature directly in the Smart Inbox, as you only have the AI available in the Smart Inbox for Tier 4 and 5.
