Q: I am on Tier Plan 4 it says to upgrade for Automations and workflows??
Confused?? is that not included.
Also on lot of the features it says incoming. and lot of the features that do not say upcoming just say upgrade your plan error. Not sure if there is an issue in my profile or the system

Automations are available, but Workflow Automation is unavailable for all LTDs.
For features that says upgrade your plan, it simply implies that you do not have those features available in your LTD.
For features available in our LTDs, please visit https://smsit.ai/pricing and scroll down to the table chart and view the Basic Plan features, as all LTDs are tied to the Basic Plan.
