Q: If using GHL for messaging via sim card connected to SMS-iT, is it necessary to have the AI functionality in SMS-iT?
Or, will GHL produce the AI response that goes out?
Anyone know the answer?

When using SMS-iT with GHL, it isn't necessary to have the AI functionality in SMS-iT, unless you want to send messages directly from SMS-iT or use SMS-iT directly for all your omnichannel messaging, marketing, and CRM requirements, as GHL is inferior to SMS-iT.
If you have AI in GHL, then you can use the AI in GHL for your responses.

Our connectionn with GHL allows you to send SMS within your workflows and send and receive in GHL.
That's as far as our integration goes. In regads to any AI in GHL, you'd have to speak with them.
You're using GHL to send and receive texts through our integration.
