Q: Incomplete Features vs Important Features

I read too many reviews advising incomplete Features. I just wanted to check my Needs are met or not Looking to Buy atleast Tier 4 so please answer accordingly:
1) I need Mass Emails with Good Sender reputation currently use Constant Contact or Mailerlite. Do you have great sender Reputation and Less Sender IPs in SPAM List.
2) Can I send those already sent campaign emails to individual leads
3) Does every campaign get a shareable link (URL) just like Constant Contact or Mailerlite
4) Can I use Vonage or Some other provider to make calls and send text and picture messages using this tool directly
5) When a Lead joins Can I schedule automatic text message workflow to start communicating
6) Once lead starts texting or replying back on text. Can we have AI reply using our texting service based on responses
