Q: Team and User Accounts - Unique Phone Numbers Each Possible? GHL Sub-Account Tie-In?

Can I assign unique phone numbers per team member or even teams? Also - can I tie those individual team member or team phone numbers to GHL sub-accounts?

Or do I have to buy multiple individual accounts through your App-Sumo offer, connect each one through telnyx, and then connect each account to a matching account in GHL. Is that do-able?

A: With SMS-iT CRM, you can connect multiple numbers and connect them to different GHL Agency Sub Accounts, but the limited credits will be an issue to scale.

However, purchasing multiple SMS-iT CRM individual accounts for each of your GHL Agency Sub Accounts will be the best option, to give them separate dashboards in SMS-iT CRM, if they wish to login, and to also enable you to scale easily because of the limited credits in all our LTDs.
