Q: What is the difference
Automations are include but workflow automations are not. Please clarify.
Does this mean that a workflow will not email a contact and then follow up the next day and the following day before the next attempt and so on in this deal?

Automations within the platform allows you to perform workflow tasks at all sections of the platform.
The LTD does not come with a special section named Campaigns, which is a workflow automation for messaging, that can email a contact and then follow up the next day and the following day before the next attempt and so on.
