Q: You can only use one SIM card.
The price is so high, yet it only allows the use of one SIM card, which is really unreasonable. One SIM card can send a maximum of 100 messages per day. If you purchase tier4, it states that you can send 500,000 points, equivalent to 500,000 messages. However, this is impossible to achieve. One SIM card can send a maximum of 30,000 messages per month, and the success rate is not guaranteed. What should be done with the remaining points? If you want to send messages from multiple phone numbers, you must pay extra to purchase SIM cards. This design is very unreasonable and essentially amounts to additional hidden charges. Please explain why it was designed this way.

All of our LTD and monthly plans include 2 number slots by default — one for a SIM card and one for a gateway number. The SIM card number gives you full control and ownership, and while it can technically send unlimited messages, we recommend a fair usage limit of 500–1000 messages per day to ensure deliverability and compliance with carrier guidelines.
The gateway number, which is also included, supports unlimited messaging per day without the same limitations, making it ideal for high-volume campaigns.
Your message credits (points) can be used across both number types — so with proper use of the gateway, it’s entirely possible to send large volumes like 500,000 messages per month.
If you need more than 2 number slots, you can add unlimited extra slots for just $5/month per slot, and use each for either SIM cards or gateways — however you choose. There are no hidden fees, just flexible scaling based on your needs.
This design is meant to provide both control and scalability, without forcing you into higher costs unless your usage truly requires it.
