Not Working as expected

I got the first tier, so I can automate some text messaging with the 5000 STRs (credits) each month. I used the sim option as I didnt want the extra cost of twilio. Surprise... not only does sending messages through SMS-IT drain the STRs, but so do messages I receive on my phone and messages I SEND on my phone that AREN'T through SMS-IT. According to support, there is no option to turnoff capturing these incoming texts and there is no option to purchase more STRs. Wow. My STRs are leaking daily before my eyes, and I only sent 6 messages through this platform.

Thank you for your review of our credit system. I need to respectfully point out that there appears to be a misunderstanding about how credits are being consumed.

Our credit system is specifically designed to only deduct credits for:
1. Messages sent through SMS-IT
2. Incoming messages to your number

It is technically impossible for the system to deduct credits when you send messages directly from your phone outside of SMS-IT. The system simply does not have the capability to track or charge for those messages.

Standard Credit Usage:
1 SMS (160 characters) = 1 credit

Credits are used for multiple services:
- Text messages (SMS)
- Voice messages
- Social media messages
- Chat messages
- Fax messages
- Making calls
- Receiving calls

Important Points:
- Credits do carry over month to month - they never expire
- Email services are completely free and do not consume any credits

For text messages specifically:
- Only messages sent through SMS-IT and incoming messages consume credits
- Messages sent directly from your phone do not use any credits
- Each 160 characters counts as 1 credit (longer messages use multiple credits)

Given that you've only sent 6 messages through our platform but are seeing unexpected credit drain, we recommend:
1. Double-checking your credit usage report to identify exactly which messages are consuming credits
2. Contacting our support team with specific examples of credit deductions you believe are incorrect

As an LTD holder, while you cannot purchase additional credits, knowing exactly how they're being used will help you better manage your monthly allocation.
