Sometimes, I get tools here on AppSumo that I just don't understand how powerful they are until I sit with them for a couple of days and really start digging in. SMSit (decentralized, and now CRM) are one of those tools. At first glance, you might read the description of SMSit and say "WTF is going on here?" but it really is a great tool that makes keeping connected to your clients and customers really simple. They have created all types of ways within the tool to stay connected with your customers, whether by phone, email, text, social media, etc - all in one place! I know there's been a lot of confusion about the Decentralized and Cloud vs CRM, I had my own questions. From the answers I got, whereas in the past, the focus was on the communication side, with this new version, the focus is on customer management side, but still includes all the communication. They could have done (and can still do) a better job of communicating all of this to decentralized and cloud users to really distinguish the old from the new. Everyone wants to see tools we invest in grow, but we invest early on to go along for the ride. There certainly are bugs and things half-baked, but the SMSit team seems to be pretty quick and agile to fix things and provide support. For me, being able to move all communication (phone, text, email, social) onto one platform is amazing, and I look forward to seeing how SMSit continues to grow.
