Unsatisfactory
I purchased this in the hopes of using it to manage communication with our faith community of a few hundred members. But I have found the user interface to be too confusing to inflict on my staff. I also find it maddening to click on features that appear to be available, only to be presented, over and over again, with "please upgrade your plan to access this feature".
