Hi Mario, both your login and support pages on your website fail to load. How do we access our accounts? I've read the upcontent blog article saying continue using your account but I don't see how. Doing a password reset on their website with sniply email is not working either? Thanks

I replied with more details and the steps we tried to replicate this issue on our end and we were not able to replicate it. Let us know via the ticket if the suggested troubleshooting steps narrowed the bug down for you.
A: Hi, I believe we addressed this via the ticket opened through the ticketing portal (which is the only correct way to raise to approach solving an issue such as this, as it gives us user info which we need to start working on the issue). 😊

I found I can access those pages with a US aimed VPN, they must be set up as geo restricted but main page loads fine without
