Q: Hi!
The highest tier is 12500 emails sent per month. Most of us probably receive way more than 12500 emails per month, but only a small fraction need to be responded to. Is Snoooz good about only sending emails to the few relevant emails that need to be responded to quickly? Also, I don't want Snoooz starting conversations with sales outreach emails to me that didn't make it to my spam folder...

If you use personalized templates to respond, the 12,500 email limit won’t apply. The limit only applies when our AI model is used to draft or send responses.
As for your second question, Snoooz allows you to set rules for which types of emails to respond to and which to ignore. We can detect sales and promotional emails, and you can configure Snoooz to avoid responding to those automatically.
