I went through the entire set up process, confirmed everything was set for my OOO; it appeared to be triggered as I could see the period blocked on my calendar, but when the time came, it did not trigger for any emails. I had multiple flows, one as a catch all, others for urgent matters - I came back to a lot of unanswered emails, coworkers completely out of the loop, even though the trigger words were present, and a lot of unhappy clients after not hearing from me for more than a week.
I put my eggs in the Snoooz basket and it did nothing but damage relationships - it's not worth using over the basic Gmail functionality which is tried and true; it might not have all of the fancy AI bells and whistles, but if it responds to people reliably, that's more than enough.

This is a good AI Out of Office assistant. It works great. Seems very mature. The developer is very active and responsive. The product allows me to customize my OOO replies with filters for all of my different email addresses from one dash board. The AI response is effective and adds a unique touch. This is a solid 5 tacos!

The team is HIGHLY responsive and helpful. They are reliable in their actions and roadmap. They don't under deliver while promising the world.
They really take time to evaluate what is needed and what is not AND they respond in a decent amount of time.
They are looking to build a real relationship with their customer base AND provide a highly useful and scalable product.

Don't snOOOz on this investment. This is a no-brainer.

This is a great product that does exactly what it promises, and it does so well. I snapped up this LTD a couple of weeks before going on holiday, and it solved a pain point that I have experienced every time I have been out of the office.

Due to the nature of my work, I receive a lot of emails that are just notifications, and I feel stressed when I see my out-of-office reply being sent to each and every email coming to my inbox. Snooz solved this. Setting it up to work with my Gmail account was straightforward, and even if (as discussed in their feedback and roadmap tool) their UI could use quite a deep revamp to make it feel more modern, simplify it, and make it more intuitive, creating the rules was mostly straightforward as well.

I love that the emails that arrive to my inbox while the OOF is active are colour labelled as "Snooz not responded", "snooz queued" & "snooz responded", in this way I can analyse very easily how the OOF auto respond is working and what new rules I need to create to fine tune it.

First, book a video call with the founders. They truly listen and deliver promptly! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this project because it could provide you with some relief in managing specific use cases while you're out of office. Worth buying and setting up.
