Amazing support. Great Apps

I am simply amazed at at the level of support. We bought many deals, some good, some bad. But this one looks like a keeper. The apps is easy to use and very intuitive.

Nice features, good support

Positive experience while experimenting with the software, good support as well. Hence, the positive review, but unfortunately, I will refund it, as Apple Mail, primarily with IMAP mailboxes, does not support the options I was hoping to use.

Thank you for the kind words and for giving Snoooz a try... I really appreciate it.

I’m sorry to hear it didn’t quite fit what you were hoping to achieve with Apple Mail and IMAP. If you’re open to sharing a bit more about which options weren’t supported, I would genuinely love to understand, and help you find a workaround or to make sure we’re improving the right things going forward.

Even if...

It has made me rethink what I use email for

Let me start with, Snoooz is pretty good.

I'll add some positives:
- I like the fact that it allows me to set signatures, rules, categories, source context references per mailbox / workspace / account, and all in between. It's pretty powerful for that.
- I like that it uses your context and previously sent items to detect how you craft your emails and it tries to follow suit.
- I like for Gmail it works well at literally crafting the draft and you just review and click send if you are happy with it.
- Fully customisable rules, categories, workspaces so you can really tweak things as you like it.
- The browser extension effectively allows you to 'improve' any text in any email.

What's not so good:
- Using it with Zoho mail there's an "improve" text button but it doesn't have any formatting. Just all on one line. I then have to put returns in, bullets etc. Weird.
- Using it for my custom IMAP server, It puts an email in draft, sure. But then I have to go in there and dig it out. Gmail is much better since it it has the draft in-line. Its not Snoooz's fault that this is the way it is, but it doesn't help all that much in saving you time.
- Detection out of the box for mailing lists didn't work so good for me. It looks for key words like 'sale' or 'discount' - I had an important group email with a few people in the email CC and it classed it as a mailing list. "Where's my draft?", I thought. I noticed in analytics it got it wrong and ignored it.

It also got me thinking about my own workflows. I work with multiple businesses with different Microsoft 365 tenancies, Zoho Mail, Gmail, IMAP - I was hoping to bring it all together into my email client, Evolution mail and have Snoooz draft emails for all accounts. But the truth is, Snoooz doesn't quite fit them. It works better when say, using Gmail web interface through the browser.

I don't mean to be a negative nelly on this but unfortunately it just doesn't quite improve my workflow all that much, if any. Being in IT, most of my emails are notifications, mailing lists and when they are from humans, they tend to include the keywords like 'update' which get blocked by default. I could change the settings but I think that would take a lot of trial and error to get it balanced right. If I turn it off altogether, I'll get a draft reply to everything. All in my drafts box. I have to review whats in my inbox before reviewing whats in my draft emails. I currently don't see the benefit of time doing that.

I'd say - if your business is in Gmail then Snoooz may well be an excellent tool for you. Then again, there's Gemini which also does a pretty good job too. I was looking for something I can recommend to my colleagues and even customers. Unfortunately, for me at least, I couldn't get the best value from it as a solution for wanting someone to write my emails for me :D

Hi Rick,

Thank you for the honest and well-thought-out review. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain both the positives and where things didn’t fully click for you.

A couple of quick points I wanted to address:

- Zoho line breaks: thank you for reporting this. That’s very likely fixable on our side, and I can ask our team to add this fix in the upcoming sprint.

- Drafts being...

One of the best deals here

Snoooz.ai is an exceptionally well-executed AI email assistant that goes far beyond traditional out‑of‑office tools. It tackles a real, everyday problem with a level of depth and reliability that is rare in this space: emails are answered, categorized, routed, and managed intelligently, even across ongoing conversations, without losing context or tone.

What stands out immediately is how practical the product is. Snoooz isn’t built around flashy AI claims, but around workflows that actually matter. Rules, sentiment detection, conversation mode, and personalization are implemented in a way that feels mature and production‑ready, not experimental. The result is fewer missed emails, better response quality, and far less manual inbox work.

The support is outstanding. Responses are fast, direct, and handled by people who clearly understand the product inside out. Feature requests are not just acknowledged — they are implemented quickly, often far faster than you would expect from a SaaS product at this stage. That speed of execution creates real trust and makes it clear that user feedback directly shapes the roadmap.

In short, Snoooz.ai delivers real value: a robust AI email assistant, excellent UX, unusually strong support, and a team that executes immediately on feedback. It’s a serious tool for anyone who wants their inbox handled intelligently — even when they’re not there.

Hi Hajo,

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful and detailed review. It really means a lot to us.

I especially appreciate your help with testing the new IMAP username-based connection. Setting up a mailbox for us made a real difference and helped us ship the feature faster and with more confidence. That kind of collaboration is invaluable to us.

IMAP support, webhooks and coming EU Data Center

From the start, we've been using Snoooz for a pretty unusual purpose: checking IMAP mailboxes for messages that then trigger actions via webhooks. We only tested using it for automatic replies later on, and the support here is exceptionally good and incredibly fast. That alone would make the product worth recommending.

The biggest obstacle to the practical use of the product in our company is the lack of a data center in the EU - this is expected to be available in March. Once it is available, the solution will be of great benefit to many small businesses in the EU.

Hello Klest,

Thank you so much for the tacos and feedback! I really appreciate you describing how you’re using Snoooz in such a unique and practical way. It’s great to hear that IMAP + webhooks are already useful for your workflows, and thank you for the kind words about our support.

You’re absolutely right about the EU data center. This has been a key request for us, and we’re actively working...
