Hundreds of dollars wasted. Tina was clearly overwhelmed, stopped responding to support, and the service we paid for is completely unusable. We requested a refund, but it remains a pipe dream… I don’t understand how someone can build a project like this and then let it die, but above all, how they can have absolutely no respect for their customers. Nobody respond...Tool is down. I want refund.

I have tried for months to make this work.
This was an absolute waste of money. The user interface is needlessly complicated. Scheduling posts is laborious and time-consuming. The program is glitchy. Typos abound. It only lets you upload files up to 3 MB.
This is absolutely NOT a good alternative to Hootesuite or Buffer.
This is so bad it should constitute fraud.
How in the world can I get a refund?!

I really wish this product would have worked, and I put a lot of time and effort into it, with frequent calls to technical support. The simple and sad truth is that this product is not finished. Despite my purchase and help from tech support, it continues to tell me I'm on a trial version and refuses to let me add new social media which means that in two weeks I have not been able to use this product once.
