Q: Can we now respond to comments on our posts?
I know that was on the road map, also I really like how metrical sends out automatic client reports, can we do this in socialbee?

Indeed, the Unified Inbox (responding to comments / messages / etc) is already in the works:

I can't yet give you an exact estimate to when it will be completed, though, but it should be in the next few months.
Regarding reports - we have analytics and a weekly analytics email.
More branded reports will come later (it's part of our internal roadmap).
