Comes up Short in Too Many Areas
This is a good idea hampered by too many "work arounds" and poor support.
1. Connections to social media profiles is really only good for Facebook. I found video issues with Google My Business and connection to Pinterest and Instagram is a mess. You have to open up and work through third party accounts to get the connections to work. It's very confusing. This is not easy to setup at all and when you finally have it working you'll run into restrictive posting issues that make it all but useless.
2. I spent the money to upgrade to workspaces. I can't set them up! Support has been horrible... pointing me to documentation I've already been through to no avail. Support will take days to respond to your requests.
At this point, the product feels far from finished. The support team feels disconnected. This is NOT a product I can recommend.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
1. Indeed, for Instagram and Pinterest we do it through integrations, as the access to their APIs has been stopped.
But our Google My Business (and others) integration works fine for many customers. If you run into any specific issues, please let us know so we can look into it.

But once you set them up, they are done and you don't need to worry about it anymore.
2. As many other Sumo-lings may atest, our support is top-class.
It might be that as it usually is during an AppSumo period, we were quite busy so it took us longer to respond, but we do normally respond within 24h.
And it might have been that the answer was indeed in the help documentation :)
