Q: Hi, I have used SocialBee previously and love it - seeing the free-for-a-year offer was so exciting.

However, when I use it there are F205's written all over my screen and then there are FoF3 and FoF7 errors everywhere. I set it to schedule in my Facebook and it just didn't post. If I was using this for the first time I wouldn't be happy. Can someone help me understand why these errors are occurring all the time. Thanks

A: Hi Sumo-ling,

I've checked in with my colleagues, and it looks like there's a chrome extension called prowritingaid that messes up with Font Awesome (one of the fonts we use in the app) and this is why you're seeing those strange characters.

We have an internal task to try to solve this on our end, but if you disable that extension the app will look just right.

A: We don't even have your card on file - just the AppSumo code, so actually, after you want to continue after one year, you need to add your card at that time, or your account will be canceled otherwise.

So if you want to cancel after one year - no action is needed.

If you want to continue - you'll need to add your card,
