I`ve been using JivoSite (JivoChat now) for many many years for all my companies websites. I guess almost since Jivo`s very launch.

When i saw it here of course i purchased it right away in order not to pay for it yearly like before.

If you are looking for a solid product which will stay for years to come, grab it while you can.

Jivo has been continuously developing and adding new features. It has everything you need.

You can even connect it with Apple Business Chat and Twillio for Whatsapp. Its gonna be a pain in the ass but you still can. For example with ChayAll you cant do that manually.

Jivo has much more features than almost any chat service which is or was presented on Appsumo. I think only RePlain has a parity with Jivo in terms of functions, but its not so smooth as Jivo and not time tested. RePlain even seems overloaded with functions and works only through Telegram.

Jivo Support was always super fast and kind. So for me it was a no brainer.

Now for cons:

1) Jivo branding. I dont want my competition to see what i`m using for my businesses. Please let us get rid of it. I would even pay some fee extra for it. Or make 2 tier for example.

2) I think you should improve your design. Take a look at Crisp, ChayAll, etc. Jivo`s style of widget seems obsolete by current design trends IMHO. Maybe add an option to show widget as a circle at least. Thats the least you could do to improve your style.

3) I never had notifications from Telegram requests from my clients at desktop & mobile apps. So we always missed dialogs coming from TG. Maybe you should look into this.

4) I was never able to set up Whatsapp Twillio account and connect it to Jivo correctly. Please improve you guide on that and i will try it again.

5) Apple Chat function always cuts off other widget features like call me back function for example. Thats not right. It was a restriction from Apple side as i know. Maybe its already fixed. I turned Apple chat off long ago.

Thats it. Otherwise Jivo is just awesome.
