It has been a long time since this deal expired and its since I purchased it I have been using it everyday. I use it at work, and for my own business. Super easy post scheduling, by comparison it make all other software seem complicated and bloated. The Universal inbox, social reports and brand monitoring are all daily drivers. Excellent tool, from an excellent team.
My only regret is that I did not go full stack.

Bought 2 codes and went to redeem my purchase from appsumo page.
When I went to the link, pasted my email and the sumo code, nothing happens.....
Should I ask a refund?

I just purchased a code a few days back to try out Sociality and found that registration failed, no matter what email I tried on. I just purchased a 2nd code and it still failed :(

First review i've ever written on AppSumo.

Before i purchased the deal i asked your live-chat supporter if it was possible to use your app with Instagram. After a lille chat i get the idea clearly that this app could post directly to Instagram - which it turned out it can't.

So i have purchased the deal and i needed some more support, one more time going to live-chat to get help, then i just get a rude answer that they can't help me because they don't do live-chat support for people who bought the deal, really?

Could have been my favorite tool, but now i'm just checking for the next one.

Having come back to read the support questions I can see now that it is mentioned that Linkedin personal profiles are not supported. I wish this had have been made clearer, as this is a deal-breaker for me - *refund*. I read carefully the post on the site comparing Sociality with Buffer, yet nowhere did they mentioned that they did not support personal LinkedIn accounts, which is clearly a key feature from Buffer. I thought that it was such a basic need and perhaps I did not check carefully enough. If it is equally important for you then this deal will not work for you.
