Q: Is support still live and being tracked?
šØEvery one of my custom domains are no longer working.
I've reached out to support via email and the chat widget and no replies. Really sad to see and it seems this is a very common thing being reported here and via other social channels by other users. NO Support. Anyone reading, I can provide the screenshots if needed. Messages sent on 10/22 and 11/17. I can say when this was working, it worked well.

Yes it is, this was a bug introduced with a giant update we pushed live.
It's already resolved. My apologies for the inconvenience it brought.
