Jun 19, 2024A: No, there isn't, I'm sure you understand this would be a legal nightmare to let people edit the privacy policy and consent? There's nothing unreasonable about our privacy policy, we are GDPR compliant and all the consent we ask for is what you need if you want to collect and use videos from people as marketing material. Even if you don't intent to use them for marketing, we just cannot take on the liability of "trusting" people will keep their word.
Hope this gives you some insight into the decision. This is not a product limitation, there just is no other way if you want compliance.
(Wasn't ignoring this question before btw, I've answered it in here 10+ times before)

I completely agree with the concerns regarding clicking on the privacy policy link and the possibility to transition to video recording after being guided by the AI chat would be great.
All of these concerns are spot on. We will see if the developer fixes any of these issues. It is weird because he is 95% of the way to an awesome product, but hasn't done some of the basics figured out.

One week and still no response to this... The founder has been answering comment but this. I'll give it a few more days, then I will have to request a refund because the main feature is to increase the number of testimonials, not add some friction
It's a real shame we can't translate consent into another language! If this is not changed quickly, I will also proceed with the refund.

so please make allow in different languages. I need it in Spanish.

I believe that SocialJuice is an outstanding product, truly a gem. However, its language limitations currently restrict its use to English-speaking countries. Like others, I really wish the privacy policy could be translated into other languages.

I understand that socialjuice must have ownership of the legal text, but if you offer and roll out a tool internationally, a simple translation of these texts into different languages shouldn't be a problem, should it?

Have the "Privacy Policy" and "User Agreement" links in SocialJuice been fixed? The video in the OG question by tera.lisicky show the errors when those policy links are clicked in the SJ platform.
