Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to put SocialJuice to use until after my refund period was up, but after doing so, I discovered that SJ is unable to import testimonials in bulk via CSV, so if you have a large number of testimonials from any another platform they don't have direct integration with, you'll have to move them over one at a time, entering each field manually, and uploading individual avatars.

That is simply not scalable beyond a very small number of testimonials. I liked the testimonial collection interface in SocialJuice better than that of Endorsal and wanted to see if it performed better by making video testimonials easier, but am not willing to manually add dozens of testimonials to the platform one at a time.

Worse, once you get testimonials in SocialJuice, you can't get them out -- there is no way to export testimonials from the platform, so once you start using it, you're locked into it. That's a hard pass for me; unfortunately I'm now stuck with a license after my refund period, but alas, am not willing to get one of my most important assets locked into an unscalable platform with no way to future-proof them. 😞

I'm back to Endorsal, which has a slightly less effective UI for video testimonial collection, but is still a good tool, and one with no lock-in (you can import and export testimonials from Endorsal freely).
