Strong Discontent Due to Lack of Communication – Request for Improvement
Hello, I am generally satisfied with your product and most of its features. However, I have contacted you multiple times regarding several issues and have not received any response or acknowledgment from you to this day. I find this extremely uncustomer-friendly. Therefore, I am giving a current overall rating of 2 stars, as I believe that communication and accessibility are fundamental basics for a company in today's world. If I am heard and seen, I will update my rating to reflect the truly excellent product.

I just checked and I found one email from you (July 04, 2024, at 17:48 Amsterdam time), and I responded to it a couple hours later, late at night my time. (4 July, 20:53). Happy to send you a screenshot. I'm not really sure if something went wrong or this is just below your standards, but you have to know we're a very small company. We try super hard to make the best product possible, I personally answer support and feature requests because I believe that's a fastest way to a killer product, so I'm sad to read this. We will always get back to you, most of the time pretty quickly, like I did before, sometimes a few days if it get's busy, but we really care about our users.
