Worst purchase since 2023 – no sign of support from the start, and they're lying on the platform.
My biggest regretful purchase on AppSumo! Since buying, support has been completely unreachable, lying as if they had replied to my emails, and pulling the same stunt in all the reviews by always listing the support email under users’ comments. You can’t even respond to such claims that they’ve gotten back to you or post proof screenshots on AppSumo to refute these false statements, which I strongly criticize. The issue isn’t that we’re too dumb to send or read an email—or find it in the spam folder—but that the support is totally dead. I’ve never received an answer or any help. Plus, there are endless bugs. Today, I can only recommend everyone switch to Feedspace. That developer is genuinely committed to bringing a solid product to market. With SocialJuice, almost nothing has changed over the past few years. An absolute disappointment.

I just checked and I found one email from you (July 04, 2024, at 17:48 Amsterdam time), and I responded to it a couple hours later, late at night my time. (4 July, 20:53). Happy to send you a screenshot. I'm not really sure if something went wrong or this is just below your standards, but you have to know we're a very small company. We try super hard to make the best product possible, I personally answer support and feature requests because I believe that's a fastest way to a killer product, so I'm sad to read this. We will always get back to you, most of the time pretty quickly, like I did before, sometimes a few days if it get's busy, but we really care about our users.
