Q: As an agency, how much does it cost to add extra workspaces?

It seems odd that you only allow a max of 10 workspaces in this deal with a total of 300 social media accounts. Presuming that you only support around five different social media platforms, I would expect something more like 50-60 workspaces?

A: Hello!

We're just looking down the road. Currently, there aren't many social networks, but who knows what the competitive landscape will look like in 20 years. This is a lifetime deal, so it's nice for our clients not to have to worry about it.

Extra workspaces cost $15/mo each or $10/mo each if you bump up to our AgencyPro paid plan. Sumolings can do that for only $89/mo (normally $199/mo) during our Sumoling-only deal we're running through May 19. This deal actually gives you an extra 5 workspaces for free on top of your AppSumo workspaces. There are tons of automations and upgrades included with this deal, check it out here: https://offers.sociamonials.com/agencyproappsumo

Here's a basic list of what you get with AgencyPro beyond what you normally get:

- 5 Free Extra Client Workspaces!
- Stripe integration for collecting payments for your pricing plans
- Create unlimited pricing plans for your agency and SaaS packages.
- Fully automated onboarding, including getting payments, signatures, social connections, watermark setup, and dashboard provisioning. All while you sleep.
- Offer your own free trial program for clients
- Automated onboarding emails (customizable)
- Posting Assistant starts posting specific posts based on their pricing plan.
- We provide daily posting content and you can upload and automate your own CSV’s too.
- A website to sell your packages (Wordpress and HTML versions provided)
- Database of 1,400 RSS Feeds for industry-specific posts
- AI Writer Premium is unlocked for all of your workspaces
- AI Agency Assistant provide all the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to walk you through every process an agency might need to do (Social account setup, paid ads, etc)
- AI Startup Assistant uses ChatGPT to walk you through setting up and launching your agency
- Access to a private Facebook Group with other AgencyPro subscribers
- Additional support from Craig to setup your agency

Craig, thank you. What does each workspace include relative to this: https://www.sociamonials.com/new_site/sociamonials_ltd_html_page/index.html

In other words, if I sign up for your monthly deal as an agency and have x workspaces, what are the limits per workspace?

Also, for the Agency AppSumo deal, you may want to remove/modify the "What is a Client Workspace" as it says the deal includes either 20 or 150 client workspaces depending on which plan you choose - which contradicts the "What happens if I run out of workspaces" paragraph which says the deal only includes 5 workspaces.

Looking forward to the clarifications...

-John

Hi, thanks for pointing that out! I copied our retail page to make the AppSumo deal page and thought I had updated everything, but I guess not.

Agencies get Business plans, which is the same plan that Sumolings get. The link you provided is for our Enterprise plan. The way our agencies usually handle it is they only get Business plans. Don't spend the money unless it is necessary. If they are approached by a BIG client and need the additional limits or customizations, they charge the client for it and upgrade that one workspace after collecting payment from the client. You can literally upgrade within your account in about 1 minute, so don't worry about being caught off guard if the need arises suddenly for an elevated workspace.

Craig, what are the advantages/disadvantages of doing the Enterprise vs. the Agency? It seems like Enterprise offers a lot?

There is a big difference between Enterprise upgrades and the agency upgrades. If you are servicing clients, your money is better spent on additional LTD codes so you can service more clients. Each code is another workspace. Some people are upgrading their primary agency workspace (the one used to promote their own agency) so they unlock the extra features and limits for themselves. Then if you land a huge client, upgrade them at that time and charge them the added cost.
