1. Both tools are good and very comparable on features and integrations. The biggest advantage we have is that in addition to the referral camapigns, we also provide a complete social media management tool and photo contests, video contests, landing pages, and other campaigns that you can use to grow your business.
2. We only offer this feature with Instagram when you are using our integration with Vyral.io. You can schedule the first comment within Sociamonials. You would need an account with them as well, which costs $5/mo/insta account.
