A 'Workspace' is a complete account that is part of an Agency Dashboard, so you and your employees can easily switch between accounts. Each AppSumo code adds an available Workspace that you can create any time in the future inside of your Agency Dashboard.

A 'user' or 'subuser' is a single username/password to log into a Workspace designed to be used by one individual. Each Workspace allows up to 3 subusers to log into it, each with their own permissions that you control.
