Q: Hi, is the login 2FA protected?
Also, we had a look at your review page on Facebook, have the issues raised by users there been fully resolved, meaning we do not risk running into similar challenges?

We do not have 2FA for login. We do have a secure password reset feature, and the site uses encryption for all personal data. Of course we also use a secure server. The next thing we'll likely improve on the login side is Google sign in. 2FA is further down the road. All issues from Facebook Reviews have been fixed. We are a zero bug shop here, so any reported bug is usually fixed overnight.

We were really hoping to find a provider that offers 2FA for security, but thus far without luck. I think you would really stand out from the crowd in terms of security if you added it sooner rather than later. If we go for Sociamonials, do you have any idea when 2FA would be available so that we can start connecting our channels and start using the product?
Hello, this would likely be at least 9 months out, as we have a really ambitious feature roadmap.
