Q: Hi, is there a way I can attatch PDF's for LinkedIn carousel posts?
I can only a way to attatch images rather than documents.Jo

LinkedIn only allowed image and video attachments last time we updated the API. There is a big update that we're required to make late next month. If the dev team can add that, they will add that, but I don't know if this will be included or not at this point.

Sorry, we added First Comment to LinkedIn, but not support for PDFs yet. I can't estimate when we will but we still plan to.
