Q: How does the code system work?

I am at the point of starting my own company in managing social accounts for other businesses. I dont have any customers yet but maybe in the end of the year i will have 5-10. If I buy more codes at once, it says that I have to redeem the extra codes within 60 days. What does this mean? Can you redeem a code withouth having customers yet?

A: Hello!

Each code will give you a separate account within your Agency Dashboard. This allows you to log in once and easily switch between your different clients. Each client will ideally have their own workspace, so all of their social profiles, reports, subusers, tracking codes, etc. are kept separate.

The good news is that you can redeem all codes now and stack all of your codes into your primary agency workspace (the first one you create). Then, as you add clients, you can simply say 'Add Workspace' and our system will strip away one of the stacked codes and assign it to the new workspace. If you ever lose a client, you can delete the workspace and it will re-stack the code back to your primary agency workspace so the process can repeat unlimited times for life.

I recommend 5 codes so you can unlock the White Label dashboard. This way, 100% of the branding of the software will be yours and it won't mention Sociamonials anywhere. You even get to use your own domain and email domain. All of the colors can be customized and the logo/fonts too.

To stack the codes: After you redeem the first code and create an account, go to Agency Dashboard. Hover over the workspace in the grid below and you'll see an 'Agency Settings' option with a gear icon. Select that and stack your codes one by one in the Redemption Code field at the bottom and save.

Thank you for the clear explanation. Lets say that within 6 months I will have 20 customers. That means I need 20 codes. Is it possible to buy more codes within the system? If yes, what would be the cost per extra code?

Per code you can add 30 socials profiles. Lets say I have 10 customers and i manage all theri instagram and facebook, I have to manage 20 profiles. Can I add all of those 20 profiles within 1 code?

Hi Robin!

If you exceed 10 codes, you will need to pay $10/mo per workspace if you are an AgencyPro subscriber or $15/mo if you are not. We have an AppSumo price of only $89/mo for AgencyPro and that includes 5 workspaces. That also enables tons...
