Q: I see you have a phone app but when trying to connect my account its not logging in?

May 14, 2024A: We had a recent update and the mobile app developer forgot to switch over to our live server to pull authentication. It will be fixed in a couple of days. For now, use our Sociamonials branded app, it works fine: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=sociamonials&c=apps&hl=en&gl=US

Yep thats the app i have downloaded and its not allowing access, saying username or password not correct but its 100% correct

Sorry, it looks like they pointed both apps to the test server, so both should be updated to the live server and resubmitted to Google Play today, hopefully will get approved to go live tomorrow.
