- hashtags and stories analytics?
- if I purchase a basic plan, will I be able to upgrade it if I need to do it in due course?
My service is basically increasing followers through engagement, I don't offer full SMM offer but I might want to measure particular campaigns I will be doing for the client, so if I can freely swapping accounts?

We have a Social CRM that will show you follower counts, referred revenue, referred leads, etc. for influencers who have engaged with you. Our reports do show engagement over time and conversions on your client's website, but we don't show follower growth specifically.
