If they have a Facebook account that hasn't been disabled by Facebook then they will be able to enter. We verify with Facebook upon entry that their account is in good standing and if they say it is, we accept that. One thing you can do if this becomes a problem is use our custom entry form instead. Ask several qualifying questions so you can identify the leads with the greatest chance of converting and ignore the others. Maybe setup a Segment or Lead Scoring scheme in your email tool/CRM that only includes people who answer certain questions a certain way.

That said, we do auto-detect fraudulent referrals and move them to a Not-Counted folder. This is helpful for our Viral Sweepstakes and Refer-a-Friend campaigns. We also auto-detect fraudulent votes in our photo/video/essay contests and move them to a Not-Counted folder for your review.
