2) Also, what does 20 automated email workflows per account mean? We can only have 20 automations even with Tier 3/Tier 4 accounts? That seems strange (usually unlimited automation for large accounts) so maybe I am misunderstanding. How many sequences can we have?

4) Is this similar to Convertkit? What are the main differences?
