I really hope to see this feature in the very near future as this is something that twitter natively provides (so does some other cheap tools like publer.io) and the implementation does not stale due to no upvotes.

Yes, this makes a ton of sense. We already offer this for Instagram and are about to offer it for PInterest for posting to multiple boards with a delay in between.
