Q: Pre Purchase Question

This looks pretty interesting, but I will like to know, how does this compare to SocialPilot? We currently use socialpilot and I love their comprehensive report tool, whether we just connect an account now, we can generate report for all accounts instantly, I have signed up for the free trial, not sure its same for socialmonials.

Also, we manage social media accounts for clients and post on 4 platforms per client, we're aiming for 100 clients by December, what plans works best? Also, learning about workspace here, how many clients accounts can be added to one workspace?

What is the support like? Trustpilot offers a robust support and staff training as we use the whitelabel service, do help where we're struggling with any setup to ensure we maximise the system?

Is there any extra cost now or in the future to continue to use this ?

A: Hello!

This is really a preference thing, because we do get people coming over to our SocialPro white label system from them, but they are really good too. You can save money on our system if you are willing to run multiple clients on each workspace, but there is nothing quite like having each client in their own workspace. It's like they have their own entire account to navigate around in without worrying about being exposed to some other client's data. That would never happen with Sociamonials if you limit it to one workspace per client. You don't have to worry about tagging something wrong and now it accidentally is shared to the wrong client's account or seen on the wrong client's reports. Even the software preferences and permissions can be customized for each client.

AgencyPro works out to $10/mo per workspace, so figure your 10 lifetime workspaces from here plus $10/mo when you add your 11th client. We don't have that kind of reporting. It's all reporting on posts made via Sociamoinals, but once we build our social inbox we'll have the API endpoints we need to start doing that.
