If you are an Agency user, go to the Agency Dashboard, hover over the workspace that you want to upgrade, choose 'Workspace Settings' and click the blue 'Change Plan' button. If you are NOT an Agency user, choose 'Account Settings' from the top nav dropdown. Then click the blue 'Change Plan' button.
